Dr. Winston Capel is a board-certified neurosurgeon and fellowship trained in Spine Surgery. His practice is focused on spinal disorders. He graduated from The Chicago Medical School, completed a residency in neurosurgery at the University of Mississippi Medical Center and a fellowship in orthopedic spine surgery at the University of Maryland in Baltimore. Dr. Capel has been in practice for over 20 years and performs a wide range of surgical procedures including minimally invasive spine surgery, total disc replacement and fusions. He has added experience and expertise in sacroiliac joint pain and has performed a large number of minimally invasive sacroiliac join fusions. Dr. Capel has 4 children and enjoys college football, water skiing and mountain biking.
